Everything a product has in Kumbai.
Products
Each product with a unique SKU, EAN/EAN-13, short and long descriptions, weight and shipping dimensions. The main filter tells you how many products match the active criteria.
Variants
Size, color, ml, flavor… each variant has its own SKU, EAN, stock and price. They inherit shared info from the parent (brand, description) and override the specific parts.

Prices & taxes
Cost and retail (with/without VAT) per product or variant, with a per-country configurable tax rule. Inline editing of cost and retail from the list: click cell, Enter, saved.
Images
Upload images from the panel or import from your online store. Main image + ordered gallery. Variant-specific photos when it makes sense (color change).
Brands
Creating a brand in Kumbai automatically pushes it to your connected stores. You can set a default brand for a supplier to autofill on goods receipt.
Hierarchical categories
Nesting to as many levels as you need (clothing → women → t-shirts). Two-way sync with your store. For stores with POS, each PIM category can link to a POS category to appear in the POS grid.
Temporary offers
Date-bound discounts that apply in your online store and revert on their own on expiry. Percentage or fixed amount. Filter by status, range or search.
Bulk price adjustment
Raise or lower prices for a selection by % or amount, with a preview before applying. By brand, category, supplier or manual selection. Essential for raising rates or clearing seasons.
Post-purchase reminders
Fill in days and message on a product record and the system sends an automatic email to every customer that bought it, X days later. Useful for refills, care tips, "you liked it, come back…". The send history lives in Loyalty.
Sync with your store
Every individual create or edit in Kumbai replicates instantly to your active stores. Bulk sync (whole catalog) is manual: "Download products" pulls everything from your store; "Upload products" pushes Kumbai → stores.

New product arrives from supplier
You create it with SKU, EAN, description and price. If you assign it to a brand linked to your supplier, that's autofilled.

You configure variants
If it has sizes or colors, you define the variants. Each with its own SKU/EAN and independent stock.

You upload images
Main image + gallery. If variants have different colors, you assign images per variant.

It replicates to your store
On save, Kumbai pushes the create to your PrestaShop. The end customer can buy it in seconds.
