Real warehouse topology with 7 location levels, interactive 2D and 3D map, gun scanning and audited movements. It's not "stock by warehouse": it's knowing where each item is, not just how much you have.

Hierarchical locations up to 7 levels.
From the largest to the smallest, with as much depth as your warehouse needs. If your space is small, 2-3 levels are enough; if you have a warehouse with several floors, the 7 levels let you describe every slot.
Bonus: there's a bulk location generator by ranges. Instead of creating 250 bins one by one, you tell it the range and it creates them with consistent naming. Then prints the labels.

Top-down view of aisles and racks with an occupation heatmap (green = empty, red = full), zoom, rotation. Useful for spotting where there's space and where there isn't, and for new team members to get their bearings faster.

Top-down plan with labels and occupation. Click on a location to see its detail: what's there, how much and since when.

360° rotation. Especially useful for warehouses with mezzanines or multiple physical levels. New team members grasp the geometry in minutes.

Occupation heatmap
Green→red coloring by occupation percentage. At a glance you see where you can put more and which shelves are saturated.
Decide how your products are distributed.
By product, by family or globally. If a reference expires, FIFO. If you sell screws, chaotic — to maximize slot usage.
One location = one SKU. Faster for picking, worse for space usage.
Automatic distribution. Any SKU can go in any free slot. Maximizes space, requires strict scanning.
First In First Out. Mandatory for products with expiry: what came in first leaves first.
Last In First Out. For interchangeable references without expiry, simplifies logistics.
Capacity, restrictions and inheritance.
Capacity
Define max units and max distinct SKUs per location. When a location fills up, the system warns you before putting more in.
Restrictions
Limit which brands or categories can go to each location. Useful for separating incompatible products (e.g. food + chemicals) or for zoning by brand.
Cascade to children
You define a rule at the aisle level and it applies to every bin beneath. If you add an exception on a specific bin, it only affects that one.
Printable labels
Every location has its own barcode. You print the labels (configurable format), stick them on the rack, and from then on you can scan them for quick movements.
Scanning, reasons and traceability.
Gun scanning
You scan an SKU/EAN, pick a reason, state the quantity and save. Each read creates an audited movement. You can also scan a location code to see what's there and where it goes.
Customizable reasons
Receipt, return, +/- adjustment, manual sale, breakage, loss, expiry, gift, sample… Each reason has a direction (in / out), color, icon and "criticality". Whatever you want to measure.

Audited movements
Every inbound or outbound is logged with date, reason, quantity, before/after stock, user and source reference (order, PO, return, manual adjust). Filter and export to Excel for accounting audit.
Warehouse statistics
Productivity by reason, by hour of day and by user. Picking/packing efficiency. Average times per operator. Useful for spotting bottlenecks and training the team.

You receive a purchase order
You scan each SKU from the delivery note. The system suggests the location based on your strategy (chaotic → first suitable free slot, dedicated → its fixed place).

Stock updates with reason "Receipt"
The movement is audited: who, when, quantity, before/after stock. If the PO came from the automatic proposal, the data feeds the next calculation.

An ecommerce order arrives
The Preparation module reads each SKU's location and builds an optimal route through the warehouse. The picker follows the order without thinking.

The picker scans and confirms
Each scanned unit deducts stock from its location. If the quantity is wrong, it alerts. If the location is empty, it suggests an alternative.

You audit the month
Filter movements by reason "breakage" and see how much product was lost. By "+/- adjustment" spot poorly-counted inventories. Everything traceable.
