Do I need special hardware?
No. A tablet with a browser is enough. Optional: a receipt printer (USB / Bluetooth / network), barcode gun and cash drawer.
Which payment methods do you support?
Cash, card, Bizum, transfer, credit note, gift voucher and split. Card integration with Redsys, Stripe and card terminals with attached printer.
Does it work offline?
Yes for critical operations (sales, receipts) with local cache. It syncs with the cloud when the connection returns.
What is Veri*Factu?
The compliance system per Spain's RD 1007/2023 (mandatory from Jan 2026 in Spain for retailers). Every receipt is signed and reported to the Tax Agency in real time. Kumbai integrates it out of the box.
Can I have multiple stores?
Yes. Each store with its own registers, series and cashiers. Stock can be shared or by-store, as you configure.
How do cross-channel returns work?
The customer bought online and returns in-store: the POS finds the order, marks returned units, issues corrective invoice with Veri*Factu and stock returns to the right place.
Do I need to change my online store to use Kumbai?
