Do I need to know how to use AI to use Kumbai AI?
No. Write in natural language what you want: a question, an action, or a "how does X work?". Kumbai AI understands you.
How do you protect my data?
Kumbai AI queries only your business data, doesn't train models with it and processes in the EU. It's part of your Kumbai subscription, no extra provider.
What if it gets an action wrong?
It always asks for confirmation before executing. If in doubt, cancel. All executed actions are auditable and reversible (undo history).
Does it work in English?
Yes. Kumbai AI answers in the same language you ask (currently English and Spanish).
Is there a token limit?
Yes, 50 messages per day on the Growth plan, 200 on Scale. If you need more, contact us.
Can it read historical data (2 years back)?
Yes. All the historical data you have in Kumbai is queryable. The further back you go, the more approximate answers can be (data always accurate, wording sometimes).
Do I need to change my online store to use Kumbai?
No. Kumbai connects to your existing store.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Exportable any time. 30 days to download before permanent deletion. Kumbai AI conversation history also.
